It was extensive electrical work. The workers were courteous and efficient, and I just had a favorable impression. I think the idea was that they charged you by the job rather than by the hour. I’d say they should get an A.

If I recall, the project took longer than expected. I had to have my heat off for a while, and it was winter, so he just went the extra mile to make me happy. I’d say they earned an A.
